- 9:00 AM – Check in and breakfast
- 9:45 AM – Safety briefing and instruction
- 10:00 AM – “Shotgun” start
- 1:00 PM – Lunch, awards and raffle

Registration & Sponsorship
Registration deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026. Fee is $350 per person, paid prior to the event. Squads are made up of 4 or 5 participants; singles and pairs will be matched up by the committee. Checks payable to “WCAMPWA” and mailed to Jeffrey Coleman, Scarsdale DPW, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583. You are not registered until payment is received.
Sponsorship levels: Outing Sponsor $5,000 · Lunch Sponsor $3,500 · Cocktail Hour Sponsor $2,500 · Breakfast Sponsor $2,500 · Ammo Sponsor $1,000 · Cart Sponsor $500 · Shooting Station Sponsor $250. Sponsorship payment and artwork are due by September 25 so printed materials can be finalized.
